Error Connecting to Gmod - "Too many lua errors! Sorry!"

Alright, I usually play games on my desktop since 16 GB of RAM is nice and a 24" screen is also nice. The hurricane, however, has me playing on my macbook air.

I tried connecting today to play, and as soon as I loaded into the server I received this error:

    "Too many lua errors! Sorry!"

I have seen other players connecting to our server also receive this error, was curious about it and was planning on doing some investigation.
Well, investigation has occurred and it has led me briefly to this thread:

I just want to see if anyone else has received this issue (and has found a different solution) and if this is a valid fix, can it be something we employ?

Try again, and then enable the console and tell us what it is spewing as its output.

If it is a repeated error into console. Try the commands

    con_filter_enable "1"
con_filter_text_out "Enter the common error in quotes here"

I forget if it works with lua errors, or just engine errors.

Console spewing output is exactly what I said it was:
Disconnect: "Too many Lua Errors! Sorry!".
Disconnect: "Too many Lua Errors! Sorry!".

After going through all of it again, though, it all occurs after this line (in variation depending on the model --could be c4 or what have you--):
    Model missing: models/weapons/w_eq_smokegrenade_thrown.mdl

    -or-

    Model missing: models/weapons/w_eq_flashbang_thrown.mdl

    etc...

    I'm putting "sv_kickerrornum 0" on ttt now.
    I hate forum signatures.

Make sure you have counterstrike source installed and mounted into gmod. Looks like the game can't locate it's model.

If you are still having problems:

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/znpxwwd1kmq297y/models.rar

Place this into your steamname\garrysmod\garrysmod folder.
