When recording a demo on one specific person, heres a helpful hint.
Type spec_player <name>
if players name is [!?]BoB!! you have to put in [!?]bob!! sadly, theres no shortcut to this one.

Not tested yet, but can't you highlight in console chat and copy the selected text? Then paste it in the area of the players name. My suggestion is to find the player in the list and do it that way. Of course that is only needed if the player has wacky symbols or a name you care not to spell correctly :D.
Yes you can. Highlight and rightclick.
The best way to get a player name is to use the status command in console. It will list everyone in the server and their steam ID.
If your lazy like me, and hate to bring up console, you can also type "in chat" the following:
/who
It will give a listing of all players currently logged in as well as info on that person once selected.

Wow. Thanks for the tip.

In chat, or console? At first, I thought in console, but A.C.E. said "hate to bring up console", so I thought you might have to do it in chat. lol
(edit) Whoa, woops. Why was this on top if one month old?

I get the feeling (because I had no idea, up until a few weeks ago) that not everyone knows how interrocam works, how to watch a demo or how to post a complaint/dispute. I thought I would write up a new thread on the subject.
Here's a thread about Making a demo for yourself. It is fastest, but only shows what you saw. Interrocam is best as it can see any player's vantage. To find an interrocam demo, go here. Remember that the servers are in central time. The interrocam footage takes about 3-6 hours to post to the web.
To watch a demo, put the file into C:Program FilesSteamsteamapps[username]team fortress 2tf. Load TF2 and type "playdemo [demoname]" (no quotes) into the developer's console. Once it's playing press Shift+F2 to bring up the demo navigation ui. You can slow down or speed up the demo playback. It only goes forward, but you can skip backwards by changing the number of ticks in the ui. (ie. if you are at 10,000 ticks and you want to rewind to 5,000, just type 5000 into the goto box and it will reload to that point).
This is the format I use for posting a complaint on the forum. It touches all the info points and pretty well formatted:
Name: Chef Grantisimo
HLStatsX: Link
SteamID: STEAM_0:0:9157538
Complaint: Complaint
Demo: Link
Steam Profile Page: Link
Location: Server #3 0522 Server time, Oct 24, 2009
TI Members Present: Apollo, Pants, Arcanus
Description of what happened. Please be sure to include ticks here. It makes tracking through the 90 minute demos much much easier.
I like your style, Chef, so I stickied it.

Merged the two demo threads for forum cleanup. -- Chayoss
Blackbird: YOU'RE SCARY
[!?] Chef Grantisimo {RM}: I'm totally not!
Blackbird: YOU TOTALLY ARE
Blackbird: Using punctuation makes you 10X more terrifying
Blackbird: stop using periods!
I was under the impression that interrocam posts new demos during the early morning each day. Does it post them 3-6 hours after taking footage now? And you misspelled "description."
