Contact Method: Contact us over Steam or via the site's Private Message system. Any logged in user can send them.

In-Game Problems and Questions

All team members (as indicated by a [!?] in front of their name) can do the following:

• Mute a player (stops voice communication)
• Gag a player (stops text communication)
• Kick a player (players are banned for 24 hours after 3 kicks in a single day)

So all members can deal with most basic rules infractions. If you think someone's cheating and no one's around, you may post a demo in the Complaints and Disputes Forum.

All players may send a message to admin chat which is only viewable to team members by putting /chat in front of the message.

Server Crashes - Any FA or SA (Apollo, Arcanus, Maverick, MONDO, Bakkster, Chayoss, FlamedDemon, ice_dragon, Impact, impulse nine, Jazzysax, Mommy, Pants, pork, tweir). If you can't find one, most team members have FAs and SAs on their Steam Friends list and may be able to contact one.

Team Member Not Being Identified - Any SA

Change Setup on Server #8 or #9 (add plugin, add map, change cvars) - Any FA or SA (Apollo, Arcanus, Maverick, MONDO, Bakkster, Chayoss, FlamedDemon, ice_dragon, Impact, impulse nine, Jazzysax, Mommy, Pants, pork, tweir)
