    The Man

    Impact am Full Admin of Team Interrobang. Impact have been member of Team Interrobang for long, long time, too! Impact oldest active member that not Senior Admin.
    Impact enjoy playing on computer, lifting weights and/or weightlifters at nearby gym, skiing, and bicycling. Impact also am ski instructor for little teeny skiers in Winter.
    For long time, Impact was in charge of adding new members to Team Interrobang, but that has been taken over by Captain Charisma so that Impact can spend more time sitting on his e-balcony, shaking his e-fist at young rapscallions to get off his lawn.

    The Legend

    In the summer of 2009, information given to Mister Hamster by an anonymous source was compiled and submitted to Saxton Hale Quarterly, a popular manly-man magazine (not like that Men's Health bull$%!&, real manly men, like Saxton Hale, and Hugh Jackman). The article described Impact as carrying weapons of mythical deities (WMDs) such as "epic pecs" and "biceps of steel", as well as having attained the ability to "lick his elbow while masturbating while typing a message to someone on Steam, and still having one hand free". These reportings led to a series of investigations, which have been since been interrupted indefinitely by a magically refilling container of donuts sent from an anonymous donor to Impact's local police station, allowing Impact to live, type, lick, masturbate, and use his other hand for other activities (like the silverfish hand-catch) in peace.

    Additional Information

    Past weightlifting programs:

    • German Volume Training: 12 weeks. This resulted in a lot of bulking up, while not necessarily getting stronger. The changes were almost entirely cosmetic.
    • Body for Life: 12 weeks. Some strength gain here, with a bit of bulking up, too. I did not follow any particular diet (I was still eating pretty unhealthily), so no weight loss occurred.
    • Spartan 300: 6 weeks. This was an interesting challenge for me. The routine consisted of doing a series of exercises as quickly as possible.
      • 25 Pull-ups
      • 50 Deadlifts with 135lb barbell
      • 50 Push ups
      • 50 Box jumps on a 2ft box.
      • 50 Floor swipers while holding 135lb barbell
      • 50 Dumbbell power-cleans with 35lb dumbbell (25 per arm)
      • 25 Pull-ups

    • Custom program for building cardiovascular endurance: This was in order to prepare me for the Ride to Concquer Cancer; a 300km (180mi) bike ride fundraiser from Montreal to Quebec City over 2 days.
    • StrongLifts 5x5: My current program until I reach my strength goals for the year.

    Strength goals (as of July 31st, 2010):

    • Squat: 1.5x Bodyweight - 270lbs
    • Bench Press: 200lbs
    • Deadlift: 300lbs

    Current maxes (as of February 28th, 2011):

    • Squat: 3x5x275
    • Bench Press: 3x5x175
    • Deadlift: 1x5x305
