  • Interrocam

    How Interrocam Works

Interrocam is the named instance of SourceTV run on all TI servers that records the activity in each server as demo (.dem) files. These files are temporarily stored on the game server and, once per hour (or less, depending on the server), completed demos are uploaded to the team's file server. Demos are only moved if the game server has sufficient bandwidth, so demos may not appear for several hours during high traffic periods.

    Advantages of Interrocam

    • Demos are stored to a publicly accessible area, located at:

    - http://teaminterrobang.com/content.php?11-demo-files for TF2 - http://teaminterrobang.com/content.p...d-Server-Demos for Garry's Mod
    • All player activity is recorded, rather than just one's view when recording a normal demo.
    • The demo is recorded by the server and avoids problems with players recording demos with high ping.
    • Demos are automatically timestamped with date, time, and map on which the demo was recorded for easy search.

    Demo Times

Demos are timestamped based on the server clock, which is in Central Time. To find a demo when you aren't located in the area that Central Time covers, subtract two hours for Pacific Time, subtract one hour for Mountain Time, and add one hour for Eastern Time.

    Connecting to Interrocam

In console, type connect , using the IP address of the server whose InterroCam you wish to view but replacing the port (27015) with the InterroCam port (27020).
So, for example, if you're connecting to 123.123.123.123:27015 for the server, view the InterroCam SourceTV by connecting to 123.123.123.123:27020.
